Default Recovery for Mac
Is there any program that recovers lost documents from Mac? I saw ZAR is only for Windows.

You need something that recovers HFS+ filesystem. From memory, there are (in alphabetical order)

R-Studio,
ReclaiMe,
UFS Explorer.
