RAID0 access time

Average access time for a RAID 0 array.

The amount of time required to read the first portion of the data at the given address is called "access time". It depends on the location of data and on the request history (these two parameters define how long disk heads have to travel). Some practial measurements include "maximum access time", "track-to-track (minimum) access time", and "average access time" for a given hard drive model. These specifications are typically provided by the drive manufacturer.

What is the average access time for a RAID0 array consisting of the two identical drives with an average access time of 10 milliseconds?

5 milliseconds

7.5 milliseconds

10 milliseconds

20 milliseconds

Our customers say

What a product, and all for FREE, I traveled 50 miles to take some photos only to deleted them while transferring them to disk, This product retrieved them ALL from the smart media card, so saved the day and another trip, I would recommend this program to all, download it NOW, you never know when you'll need it.
